I had my OB appt this morning. Things were good! I'm 2cm dilated and 70% effaced. She said he is 'right there'. :) A little grapic here....but I got my membranes stripped/sweeped and I have been having contractions all day ever since!!
I am using my exercise ball to help with rotating my hips...it supposedly helps with laboring. And I'm drinking as much water as possible. A walk might help things along as well.
Hospital bag is packed...cameras charged...I am ready!!!
