Cheesy Potatos

I'm sure there are many recipes like this out there. Probably the exact same one for all I know. But it is SOOOOOO good. I made some extra for Matt to take to work one night and the guy that he shared it with was in love and asked me to make more.

This is also a very easy recipe to freeze ahead of time!!!!!

1 pkg frozen hash brown cubes - roughly 32 oz
1/2 c chopped onion
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup
10 oz grated cheddar cheese
1/2 cup melted butter (make sure it is melted!!!)
1 pint (16oz) sour cream.
crushed corn flakes

Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Put in large casserole dish and sprinkle crushed corn flakes on top. Bake 45min-1hr at 350*.

~You can also add kielbasa sausage to your mix if you want some meat.
