Egg Casserole

2 lbs ground pork Jimmy Dean sausage
4 slices of cubed white bread
12 eggs
2 c milk
2 tsp salt
2 tsp dry mustard
2 c grated cheddar cheese

Brown sausage and drain. Beat eggs, milk, salt, and mustard. Grease 9x13 pan and put the cubed bread on bottom. Sprinkle with sausage and 3/4 of the cheese. Top with egg mixture and remaining cheese. Bake 45 minutes at 350* or until set.
